    • Claimed listings may be enhanced through Premium Profile upgrades for greater visibility and added features.

    3. Premium Profile Upgrades

    • Businesses may purchase Premium Listings, which may include:

      • Expanded profile content

      • Priority placement in search results

      • Media galleries, booking links, and promotional tools

    • Premium listings are available on monthly or annual subscriptions.

    • You may cancel at any time to avoid future charges.

    • Refunds are not issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

    4. Franchise Buyer Notice (End Users)

    If you are a user exploring or inquiring about franchise opportunities:

    • Franalyze is not a franchise broker, seller, or legal advisor.

    • We do not verify earnings claims or performance representations made by listed businesses.

    • It is your responsibility to conduct independent research and consult legal, financial, or franchise professionals before making any investment decision.

    5. Data Accuracy, Updates, and Removal

    • If your business or franchise is listed and you wish to update or remove your information, you can submit a request via your profile or email us directly.

    • We may request verification and reserve the right to decline changes without proper documentation.

    • Removal requests are generally processed within 10 business days.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    Franalyze provides this platform for informational and discovery purposes only.
     Franalyze is not responsible for:

    • The performance, quality, or financial results of any business or franchise listed

    • Any business relationships initiated through our platform

    • Errors, omissions, or outdated information in listings

    7. Account Suspension & Abuse

    • We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts or listings that violate these terms, provide false information, or misuse the platform.

    • Premium fees are non-refundable if removal occurs due to misconduct.

    8. Modifications to Terms

    We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
     Continued use of Franalyze.ai indicates your acceptance of any changes.
